Sleepover Drop-Off Hours ensure that your pup will have playtime prior to retiring to their rooms for the night. This makes for a less stressful stay for them. The earlier your pup is dropped off the better it will be for your dog.

For your convenience, you may PICK UP your dog from sleepover care during the following times:
Monday - Friday from 9:00 am to 6:45 pm
Saturday from 8:00 am to 4:45 pm.
Sunday from 12:00 pm to 4:45 pm.
Please let us know approximately when you will be coming so we can have your pup ready to go home at your arrival.

Pick-Up Times
Dogs may be picked up anytime until 7:00 pm Monday through Friday,
and 5:00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays. After these times our standard
late pick-up fees ($10.00 for every 15 minutes extra staff must stay) will apply.
It is helpful if you can notify us of the time you plan to pick up your dogs
so we can have them ready to go home!

2012 HOLIDAYS

We are CLOSED to the Public on the following Major Holidays:

Easter Sunday ~ April 8th, 2012
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day
No Pick-Ups or Drop-Offs are allowed on these days.

We will Be Open from 12:00 to 4:00 (for Drop Off and Pick Up ONLY) on the Following Holidays:

Memorial Day ~ May 28th ● July 4th ● Labor Day ~September 3rd

Christmas Eve ● New Years Eve ● New Years Day

WINTER CLOSING NOTICE

Playful Pups Retreat will be closed for all services from Wednesday, January 18th through Wednesday, January 25th, 2012. We will not be open for lodging or doggie daycare during this time frame. Please plan your vacations accordingly. We urge all of our clients to book early for any upcoming vacations to assure space.
